Small organic farmhouse in the Dutch countryside

Hi, I am Jerome, 46-year old separated man, French living in a small typical Dutch farmhouse with a cat and 3 chickens. Part of the land is also used by our neighbours' horses. I am trying to produce tasty vegetables and fruits organically (for daily meals or conservation for winter) according to permaculture principles, and to build new structures for the garden. We partially renovated the house ourselves, and I try to do as much as possible myself.
No typical day, but they all start with feeding the animals. Depending on the season, activities vary between preparing soil, sowing, planting, weeding, grass cutting, trimming trees and bushes, harvesting, etc. Regarding building, DIY small wood projects, including building small structures for the garden. The garden and house are still work-in-progress and any idea to make them better is very welcome!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, mostly vegetarian with own vegetables and fruits, and homemade preparations (bread, jam, etc) as much as possible. I like to cook tasty and simple international meals (French, Dutch, Indian, Mexican, etc) to enjoy together. You have your own private bedroom (double bed, so possible for two persons to stay), and we share the bathroom and toilet.
The house is located in between the Veluwe National Park and the Ijssel river, which both can be easily reached by bike or even by foot. It is possible to swim in a lake close by.
I can only host during weekends and sometimes on single days during the week. As my availabilities change every months, I will let you know the possibilities as you contact me. Upon arrival, we will make a plan, depending on the tasks to be done, weather and your abilities.
No pet allowed, no smoking, no drug.
