Hi there!
Thuishaven is a certified organic farm with 4 Ha of food forest. We just planted at the spring of 2018. We live here with a small couple of people, but with 2 permanent residents. The rest is here on a temporary basis. Some cats, chickens and dogs. It's a place for personal development and sustainability. Iris, who started here as a Wwoofer started here to run this place together with Jeroen and Anje in 2021. Some coaches give personal coaching over here.
Currently we are doing some construction work in the barn where we are creating a creative multifunctional space. Besides there is a lot of work to do in the vegetable garden; sowing, weeding, planting and we are currently creating an edible garden.
Organic methods: There are 50 ha off crops, most vegetables, like peas, corn, onion, potatoes, cauliflower, spinach, carrots, broccoli and some other. Sjaak, our companion, manages this part of the farm. At the thuishaven we work at the food forest and own vegetable garden.
